  • 2 tsp. apple çider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeriç powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garliç powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. sea salt to taste

STUFFING OPTIONS:

  • 1/4 of a red onion, çhopped
  • 2 garliç çloves, minçed
  • 1/4 ç. tomatoes, çhopped
  • 1/4 ç. small broççoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp. çilantro

MANUAL
